With more than 27 years of experience in healthcare human resources, Stacie Novosel brings deep expertise and proven leadership to her role as Director of Compensation at AdventHealth. Over the course of her career, she has served in seven different health systems across both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations, giving her a broad perspective on workforce strategy and operational excellence.

Stacie has dedicated the past nine years to leading compensation strategy at the director level, where she has successfully overseen critical initiatives that align pay structures with organizational goals while supporting team member engagement and retention. She has completed three large-scale job and pay architecture transformations and is currently leading her fourth, demonstrating her commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.

With 17 years of leadership experience, Stacie is recognized for her ability to guide teams through complex change while fostering collaboration and professional growth. She is also an active member of the WorldatWork affiliate group, MidFlorida Total Rewards Network, where she contributes to advancing best practices in total rewards and compensation design.
